Service Description

These sessions are usually facilitated in groups online on the platform zoom, starting from 5 people and upwards. The group sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour long. The online sessions will be scheduled for members or as scheduled events/sessions that can be paid for on signing up for that day *It is recommended that participants should only have one session per day.
